Context

Many customer data, bought and gathered by various operationnal services, coexist on distinct and sometimes heterogenous  IT systems.


Need 

Having all customer data that are crucial for building strategies, in a centralized workspace that can be shared, in order to organize a consistent referential for customer knowledge that can be easily accessed to. 

Quatrax's solution

In order to fullfil the need, Quatrax builds a Customer Data Workspace which centralizes all data (raw, computed and improved) from internal sources and external sources. Quatrax also offers access to further data :

What is strategic data  ?

Data is a strategic asset that can make a difference for any company. Data must be of a high quality standard, well organized, available and suitable to the needs of the various elements of the company in order to provide solid information on which relevant strategies can be built and performence can be managed.

Information management and mastery is gaining ground as a vector of performence since it gives a better knowledge on the clients, competitors, the markets and the management of the company's own marketing and commercial activity. Definition of usefull and necessary information thus depends on the industry field type and the objectives of the company.

Thanks to its expertise in many fields, Quatrax accompanies its customers with definition of data referentials required for makerting analysis and building management indicators. Its mastery of  formats and gathering protocols of the various data providers of those industry fields allow for a swift and efficient processing of all the main external data sources. 

Likewise, Quatrax's deep knowledge of customers activity and of all major operationnal systems (ETMS, EIS, CRM, ERP, ...) contributes to  data processing responsivness.

In order to optimize customer knowledge, to have relevant managing indicators available and to differenciate from competitors, Quatrax recommands to consolidate three types of data :

  • Internal data : they are data that are produced by the company from its activity and customer relationship. 
    They are a component of the company's strategy, action and positioning. Internal data are an element of differentiation for they are unique and specific to the company.
    More over, through a management dashboard, they can provide with a real-time, an insight on business elements of the company and allow to fine-tune tactics and manage performance. 
  • External data : They are data that are bought by the company from data providers -panels, surveys, GIE...-  which provide with global information on markets, clients and prospects and inform on the competitive position of the company. Accessible to every actors, external data are hence not an element of differenciation. Yet they are vital since they are potentially known to every competitor. 
  • Improved and computed data :
    They are the data tha have been improved by statistical methods or business rules. The processing can be done on internal and on external data as well.
    Ce traitement peut être appliqué aux données internes et externes. Main improvements come from extrapolation of sampled data from ad'hoc survey   or partially qualified customer data files, ofrom completion of missing data on some questionnaires.  High informationnal valued indicators such as scorings and segmentations contribute to the improvement of a data set. Multidimentionnal analysis to build key indicators (KPI's) are also part of computed data. 
  • Quatrax data :
    In order to help its clients to optimize their customer knowledge, Quatrax complete their data by several data: INSEE, PMSI, ONU, Eurostat and also by elaborating a local actors meshing.
